Villa Renovation – Maeen 4, The Lakes
In this 3-bedroom villa, we visually opened the new kitchen onto the living area with a fixed window, we raised the ceiling in the dining room increasing significantly the volumes in this area, we turned the powder room into a guest bathroom by adding a shower, gave a fresh look to the kids bathroom with pink tiles for the little girls and completely transformed the master bathroom by knocking down walls, replacing the bathtub with a walk-in shower, installing a beautiful custom-made double vanity and adding plenty of storage! In addition we also replaced the main entrance door and installed new outdoor tiles.
Home Styling – Green Community
This family of 7 needed some help to move from their 3-bedroom villa in the Springs to a large 5-bedroom villa in Green Community. They had hardly anything to keep and we managed to create a new family home on a budget with a colourful and personalized space for each of its member, both parents and children.
Apartment Renovation – Al Jaz, The Greens
This 3-bedroom apartment in the Greens needed a complete renovation for the new owners to move in. We opened the new kitchen onto the living area with a large island bench, we replaced everything from floor to ceiling in the bathrooms and powder room, replacing the bathtub with a shower in the master bathroom, we installed new parquet flooring, replaced all wardrobe doors and knocked down the massive built-in cupboard in the corridor creating a spacious entrance and relocating the storage in a different corner.
