- Preparation of a mood board including colour pallet, materials options with references, basic layout including built-in furniture
- 3D modelling in sketch-up
- Preparation of a detailed scope of work to obtain contractors quotations and select the right one for the job
- Presentation of material samples for selection
- Presentation of a full final budget
- Submission of drawings and documents for approval process as necessary
- Main contractor management
- Coordination between main contractor and other suppliers such as kitchen specialist, flooring company, suppliers of any other specific materials
- Material procurement and delivery organisation
- Work execution follow-up on site
Home Styling
If you think your house could use a little makeover to feel more like home but you are not sure where to start or simply don’t have the time it requires, we would also be happy to assist, advise and organise everything for you. Our service includes:
- A first meeting in your house to take your brief, understand what you would like to keep, what you would like to change and what you would like to achieve
- Preparation of a mood board including colour pallet, furniture options, basic layout
- Presentation of a budget
- Procurement and installation of furniture
- Management of small necessary work such as paint, wallpaper or electrical job
